2 ice cream blocks, 1 cup of whipped cream, 1/4 cup of chopped nuts

1 cup of cooked damascos, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of brandy extract, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of sugar

Cut each ice cream block in half lengthwise to get four layers
Spread the Mamalade Sauce over each layer and on top of the entire popsicle
Chill until the sauce hardens, then top with whipped cream and decorate with chopped nuts
Chill for at least one hour.
