4 scoops of mango sorbet cream
2 tablespoons of lime juice
4 tablespoons of cranberry

Cut the mangoes in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds
Remove a good portion of the pulp from each mango, forming balls or cubes without damaging the skin
Dip the removed mango pulp into lime juice
Mix with the sorbet and fill each mango half
Finally, drizzle with cranberry
Serve 4 portions.
