Melt the butter with confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and pecans in a saucepan
Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise
Cut each half lengthwise
Add to the saucepan
Sprinkle the bananas with ginger and cinnamon
Fry lightly, add rum, heat it up, and ignite
Serve flamingly over individual servings of whipped cream ice cream
Let stand for 4 minutes.
