1/2 cup of sago
3 and 1/2 cups of water
1 and 1/4 cups of grape juice
3/4 cup of sugar
2 juniper berries
1/2 cup of sago

Soak the sago in a bowl of water for two hours
Mix together the grape juice, sugar, juniper berries, and remaining water
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low
Drain the sago and transfer it to a pot
Cook over low heat until the sago balls become transparent
Distribute in cups and let cool
Refrigerate for three hours before serving chilled.
