Beat the eggs and add honey
Cook in a water bath, in boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened
Let it cool
Add the orange juice, cinnamon, and salt
(Sometimes, the honey may separate from the eggs, but this won't affect the final result.) Beat the heavy cream into whipped cream, then add to the honey mixture, stirring carefully
Pour into a mold and place in the freezer
Let it set for 1 liter.
