1 large can of apricots in syrup
1 can of cream or vanilla sorbet

Blend the apricots with 1/2 cup of syrup in a blender until you get a paste
Add the mixture to the sorbet, mix well
Pour into a pudding mold and freeze until set
Remove from the mold and serve
End with a drink: Cointreau.
