1/3 cup cornstarch

In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, flour, salt, and cinnamon
Gradually add the boiling water; let it come to a boil again; cook while stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until thickened
Add the butter or margarine, orange zest, orange juice, and lemon juice
Serve warm
