Grease with butter and dust with sugar the mini muffin tin molds
Bring the water with sugar to a boil, stirring until dissolved
Simmer for 5 minutes or until a thick syrup forms
Add the butter, mix well, remove from heat, and let cool
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Combine the beaten egg yolks and coconut flakes with the syrup and mix
Pour into mini muffin tin molds
Bake in a water bath over a baking dish filled with cold water for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry
Place the desserts in suitable molds and serve.
