3 white guavas
2 whipped egg whites

Peel the guavas, remove the seeds and cook the pulp until it's soft
Strain through a sieve
Add sugar to taste
Mix well and place in the freezer for 20 minutes
Remove from the refrigerator and fold in the whipped egg whites, stirring carefully
Return to the freezer until it has the consistency of sorbet
