In a blender, mix the gelatin with boiling water to dissolve completely
Add the yogurt, ice cubes, and vanilla extract and blend until a thick cream forms
Add the heavy cream and sugar and blend just until the mixture is smooth
Distribute among six glasses and refrigerate for about 15 minutes
Serve immediately afterwards
