Combine the strawberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, and water in a medium saucepan
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the strawberries are soft
Remove from heat and let cool completely
Melt the ice cream slightly and spread it into a refrigerator mold approximately 25.5 x 16 cm
Place the strawberry mixture on top in spoonfuls
Use a knife to create a marbled effect
Freeze for several hours, or until firm
Serve in 8 portions
