In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin with cold water
Let it hydrate for a few minutes and then place it in a warm water bath to dissolve completely
Next, in a pan, whisk together cornstarch with a little cold milk, add sugar, dissolved gelatin, and the remaining milk
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly
Reduce the heat and continue cooking for about 15 minutes, or until it thickens slightly
Remove from heat, stir in crushed musk and let it cool down
Place the mixture into a container, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the freezer to set
When it's frozen solid, take it out of the freezer and blend it in a blender until smooth
Return it to the freezer and repeat this process one more time
When serving, blend again and serve in bowls, garnished with pistachio
