2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of tapioca flour (that looks like a pipe cleaner)
2 cups of natural coconut milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cans of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of lime zest

Boil the milk with the tapioca flour until the tapioca becomes well-moistened
Turn off the heat and combine the other ingredients
Mix well and let it chill before whipping in a sorbet maker
Or, place it in an ice-filled bowl and occasionally scrape off the frozen edges, mixing well with a spoon
If possible, whip with a blender to become well-aerated
Serve chilled, garnished with a cherry compote or goiaba jelly (or dilute goiaba jelly on the stove with a hint of orange juice).
