Cut the banana into cubes and soak them in lime juice and grated coconut. Reserve
Dust a surface with flour, place a pastry circle, and put half a spoonful of banana mixture in the center of each pastry circle
Beat the egg white slightly
Brush the edges of each pastry circle with the egg white and fold, forming a puff
Press the edges gently with a fork
In a large frying pan, add oil to a depth of 3 cm and fry five or six puffs at a time until golden brown
Flip them once to toast both sides
Let them drain on paper towels
Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
