Beta the heavy cream (if using canned, first beat in 4 tablespoons of butter and then add the chilled cream without serum, and continue beating until it thickens)
Add the mixture and blend the fruits and cashews
Place in an oiled mold (be careful not to leave oil accumulated at the bottom)
Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place in the freezer
To unmold, pass lightly under the broiler and turn onto a platter
Garnish with cherry and candied citrus peel cut into leaves.
