Wrap 2 tablespoons of black pepper, ground in a cloth
Use a hammer and spread the peppercorn over 1 filet mignon
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/4 cup of butter
Fry the steaks and reserve
In the same skillet, add 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and simmer for two minutes
Add an additional 1/4 cup of butter
Mix and pour over the steaks
Serve with 1 roasted potato in the oven.
