In a large saucepan with the olive oil, sauté the onion, tomatoes, and lemon juice for five minutes, stirring constantly
Add the cilantro and shrimp
Cover the saucepan and let it simmer until the shells open

Add the water and maintain at a boil
Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and discard those that do not open, as they are not fresh
Serve hot with the broth.
