6 ears of corn
1.5 liters of milk
3 1/2 cups of water
1 cup of sugar
6 ears of corn

1 cup of sugar
Remove the husks from the ears, cutting with a knife
Blend well in a blender along with 0.5 liters of milk and 1 1/2 cups of water
Strain through a cheesecloth and place in a saucepan
Add sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 30 minutes, until thickened
Let cool and return to blender with the remaining milk and water
Blend until smooth
Serve chilled
Yields 8 cups.
