Wash and clean the carrots
Grate and mix with biscuit flour
Beat the eggs, adding salt, fat, and milk
Add this mixture to the carrots with biscuit flour
Pour into a greased ring mold or individual molds, place in a hot water bath and bake slowly until firm.
