Preheat the oven
Mix the strawberries, orange juice, curaçao, and to taste
In a pan, melt the butter, add the flour, and mix well
While that's happening, let the milk come to a boil and then add it to the mixture of flour and butter, stirring vigorously
Add the slightly beaten egg whites and let it cool
Join the stiffly beaten egg whites
Drain the excess liquid from the strawberries and reserve it
Place the strawberries in the bottom of an untainted soufflé dish, lightly sprinkled with to taste
Pour the egg mixture over the top and bake in a moderate temperature oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until the soufflé is risen and golden
Serve immediately accompanied by scented whipped cream perfumed with the reserved juice
Let it sit for 6 hours.
