Lavish the fruits thoroughly and blend them in a blender with the water and sugar
Pour this juice into a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes over low heat
Place the mixture in a serving dish, add the ice, and mix well
Chill in the refrigerator
Before serving, place 6 balls of cream sorbet on top of the fruit soup.
