1 pineapple
1 small glass of coconut syrup
1/2 small package of shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of rum

Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and remove the pulp without piercing the shell
Bat the pulp lightly in a blender and transfer it to a saucepan
Heat over low heat, allowing any formed liquid to evaporate and add the coconut syrup and shredded coconut
Cook for another few minutes and turn off the heat
Let it cool and add the rum
Mix well and fill this filling into the pineapple shells
Serve with ice cream.
