2 egg yolks
1 cup (ch) of sugar

180 g of champagne biscuits soaked in brandy and crushed
250 g of frozen strawberries

In a mixer, beat the egg yolks and sugar until pale
Add the chocolate and white wine
Heat in a water bath and, with an electric beater, beat for 20 minutes or until thickened
In a pan, combine the strawberries and sugar
Heat over low heat and simmer until syrupy
Assemble the tartes
Alternate layers of strawberry sauce with strawberries, one of biscuit and one of cream
Decorate with strawberry slices.
