1 Basic Shortbread Recipe
1 unflavored gelatin envelope
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 large egg yolks, separated
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of rum
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
360g bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup of fresh whipped cream, slightly whisked

Prepare the dough and let it rest in the mold
Make the filling: Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup of sugar
Add egg yolks, milk, and rum; whisk well
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract
Add chocolate and mix well
Chill in refrigerator until slightly firm
Beat egg whites until frothy
Gradually add 1/2 cup of sugar while beating to the meringue stage
Add to the chocolate mixture and mix carefully
Whisk heavy cream with 1/4 cup of sugar
Assemble the cake by alternating layers and create designs with a spatula
Chill in refrigerator until firm
Serves 8 people.
