2 soup spoons of unsalted gelatin

2 beef bouillon cubes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups of hot water
2 cans of tomato puree (or fresh tomatoes in chunks with juice)

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Dissolve the beef and chicken bouillon cubes in hot water
Add the softened gelatin and mix well until fully dissolved
Add the tomato puree or fresh tomatoes with juice, and lemon juice
Pour into a shallow refrigerator dish
Refrigerate until firm
Cut into small squares for serving
Serve in soup bowls or tart shells
Place a slice of lemon on top of each bowl or shell
Best served 6 to 8 hours after preparation.
