2 cans of drained and flaked sardines
1 cup of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of grated onion
salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups of cooked potato, cut into cubes
lemon zest
2 cans of drained and flaked sardines

Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and seasonings well, add the cooked potatoes and sardines, and stir delicately
Refrigerate until serving time
Serve in cocktail glasses garnished with lettuce leaves and lemon zest
