1 can of heavy cream
20 g of gelatin
1/2 cup of thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup of boiling water
10 large shrimp

Drain the ricotta cheese
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Combine the gelatin, cheddar cheese, prosciutto ham, heavy cream, onion, pepper to taste, parsley, salt, ketchup and celery
Mix everything well
Grease a mold with oil and fill with the mixture
Refrigerate until set
Unmold and garnish with lettuce and shrimp
Serve as an appetizer or with crackers for each person to make their own canapé.
