In a bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, hot pepper flakes, soy sauce, and cilantro
Marinate the pork in the mixture, cover, and refrigerate for two hours
Place the pork and marinade in a pressure cooker, add enough water to cover, and cook on low heat for 40 minutes after the cooker starts to whistle
Turn off the heat, let the pressure drop, and remove the pork
Return the pressure cooker to the heat, without a lid, and let the sauce reduce
Onion Rings
In a bowl, soak the onion rings in milk for 10 minutes
Drain the onions, separate them into individual rings, and coat with flour
Fry in hot oil until golden brown
Use paper towels to remove excess grease and serve.
