Cut the beef into pieces of approximately 150 g
Place it in a pot with salt, pepper, cumin, butter, chopped onion, and raisins
Cover with water
Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally
Add more water as needed
In another pot, cook the rice in boiling water seasoned with salt
Let it cook for 20 minutes
Drain and rinse
When the beef is tender, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice
Let it simmer until the sauce thickens
To serve, reheat the beef
Moisten the rice with half the sauce
Arrange on a round plate with pieces of beef, rice, and raisins, and drizzle with the remaining sauce
