300g of coalho or minas cheese, semi-cured and grated

Step 1: Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise
Step 2: Heat the açaí in a frying pan over low heat until it dissolves and turns golden brown
Step 3: Add the banana and water to the açaí, stirring constantly until the caramel is dissolved
Let it simmer for one minute, then remove from heat
Step 4: Assemble the dish by placing each tapioca ring on a plate, topping it with a portion of cheese, and arranging two slices of banana and a spoonful of caramel sauce on top
Serve immediately.
