1 large mascarpone cheese, peeled and cut into thin slices

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Line the bottoms of 5 non-stick mini tart pans (or a small refractory dish) with the mascarpone slices
Mix the remaining ingredients together with your fingertips until they form a crumbly mixture
Place the mixture over the mascarpone, pressing down gently
Bake for 40 minutes
Remove from oven still warm
Suggestion: Serve with a scoop of light cream ice cream (or dust the plate with cinnamon and garnish with a stick of cinnamon).
