Milk
1 1/2 cups of hot water
1/3 cup of sugar
5 tablespoons of instant coffee
4 cups of coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

250g mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of fresh cream
20 champagne biscuits with fine sugar
Cocoa powder (for dusting)

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and reserve
Cream
In another bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese with two tablespoons of sugar and reserve
In a stand mixer, beat the cream with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form
Add the reserved mascarpone mixture and fold gently with a spatula
Chill for one hour
Assembly
On individual plates, place two champagne biscuits and top with spoonfuls of mascarpone cream
Dust with cocoa powder and serve with coffee liqueur on the side
