2 packages of fine-textured ladyfingers (360g)
2 cups of hot water
1/4 cup of sugar
5 tablespoons of strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup of coffee liqueur or brandy
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 pot of mascarpone cheese (250g)
3 tablespoons of coffee powder
2 cups of cold heavy cream, chilled
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or chocolate powder

Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish with half of the ladyfingers and reserve
In a medium bowl, whisk together the water, sugar, brewed coffee, liqueur, and vanilla extract
Douse the ladyfingers with half of this liquid and reserve
In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with 2 tablespoons of coffee powder and reserve
Beat the heavy cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form
Fold in the reserved mascarpone mixture
Spread half of this cream over the ladyfingers in the dish
Soak the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee liquid and arrange them in layers on top of the mascarpone cream
Cover with the remaining cream and refrigerate for 2 hours
Mix the remaining sugar with cocoa powder or chocolate powder and sprinkle over the tiramisu
Serve immediately.
