1 1/2 cups of okra cut into 1 cm slices
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
salt and pepper to taste
3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into 4 parts
1 1/2 cups of okra cut into 1 cm slices
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
salt and pepper to taste
3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into 4 parts
Cook the okra in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain
Cook the onion and green pepper in olive oil until they're soft but not brown; add sugar, wheat flour, salt, and pepper
Add the tomatoes and okra
Simmer over low heat, stirring as little as possible, until everything is well heated
Serve 4 ways.
