1 tablespoon chopped green onion (scallion)
1 tablespoon chopped chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Cut about 1 cm from the top of each tomato
Remove seeds and season with salt and cornstarch
Mix ricotta cheese with yogurt, add green onion and stuff tomatoes
Serve over lettuce leaves.
