Season the beef pieces with salt and pepper
Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon and tie with kitchen twine
Fry in butter until golden brown, or about halfway cooked
Remove the twisters from the heat, remove the twine, and in the same pan add flour, stir well to cook, then add water, stirring constantly to thicken
Add the sauce to a refrigerated mold
Place the twisters on top of the sauce and sprinkle with parsley
Serves 6 people.
