6 tenderloin steaks, cleaned and trimmed
2 eggs
150g Parmesan cheese, sliced
1 cup (chalice) of tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
150g breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Season the steaks with salt and black pepper
Beat the eggs lightly and add a pinch of salt
Dip the steaks in the eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumbs, shaking off any excess
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks one at a time until they're golden brown on both sides
Drain them on paper towels
Arrange the steaks in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce
Top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with grated Parmesan
Bake in a medium oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Serve immediately.
