6 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of raspberry liqueur
30 g of butter

Wash and clean the strawberries
Baste both sides of the bread with butter
Dust the strawberries with sugar (use more if needed)
Place the strawberries on top of the toast
Soak the liqueur, drizzle over, and ignite
Serve warm
