Cook the spinach with olive oil salad dressing and onion for approximately 5 minutes
Drain and combine eggs, sardines, and anchovies
Finely chop everything to achieve a homogeneous mass
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread onto a baking dish or refrigerator mold, smooth out, and refrigerate until chilled
Cut into small pieces and serve over toasted bread
If desired, help spread the sardines evenly using a knife.
