In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and sesame seeds

In a larger bowl, mix mozzarella, chive puree, and cornstarch
Form pinwheels and coat in chicken flour
Wrap each one individually in aluminum foil
Refrigerate for 20 minutes

Grease a large skillet with oil and heat over medium heat
When hot, add olive oil
Place mozzarella pinwheels in the skillet without overcrowding
Fry until golden brown
Sprinkle with salt and serve with ketchup.
