1/2 cup grated Provolone cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, well-chopped
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste
small tomatoes cut into thin slices

Toast the bread slices on one side and reserve
Mix together the cheese, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, and seasonings
Spread a small amount of the mixture onto the un toasted side of each slice, top with a tomato slice
Dust with paprika and bake in a hot oven
Let cool slightly before serving
