Directions

Prepare the soaked codfish with onion and garlic

When the water is almost gone and the codfish is well moistened and cooked, add the palm hearts cut into cubes, thyme, and a little coriander

Mix everything together

Grease a baking dish with olive oil, place everything in it and cover with beaten egg whites
