Dough Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter, softened
6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
Salt to taste
To Dust:
Parmesan cheese, grated
Accessories:

Dough
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Reserve
Filling
Melt the butter over medium heat and cook the garlic for five minutes or until soft
Season with salt
Dissolve the flour in milk and add to the frying pan
Cook for three minutes or until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Pour half of the dough into the refrigerator and top with filling

Cover with the remaining dough, dust with cheese, and bake for
40 minutes or until golden.
