Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook it with the sugar

Let it cook for 10 minutes and flip the mixture
Let it cook for another two minutes
Turn off and reserve

Beat the egg whites in a mixer until they become firm
Add 9 tablespoons (over) of sugar and continue beating until you reach the meringue stage

With the mixer turned off, add one can of heavy cream and mix slowly. Reserve

Flip the other can of heavy cream into a pan with the pumpkin and mix well
Assembly

Place the pumpkin in a pie dish and, on top, the whipped cream
Sprinkle granulated chocolate to taste and refrigerate the pie for at least two hours before serving.
