Cream the butter, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla
Mix the flour and nuts together
Add the butter mixture to the dry ingredients
Shape the dough into balls of 2 1/2 cm
Place in an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven (150°C) for about 43 minutes or until lightly browned
Let cool slightly and dust with confectioner's sugar
Yield: 24 cookies.
