Mixture:

Cream:
3/4 cup ground almonds
100g fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
Confectioner's sugar

Mixture:
In a blender, blend the butter and ground almonds
Add the egg, flour, milk, and baking powder
Cream:
In a bowl, mix together
ground almonds, peaches, butter, vanilla extract, and milk until a creamy consistency is reached
In another bowl, grease a removable-bottom tart pan with an 18cm diameter, pour in the mixture, cover with the cream, and let it cool
Bake in the oven until golden brown
Let it cool completely before dusting with confectioner's sugar.
