2 eggs
2/3 cup of powdered peanut butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 1/3 cups of milk
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of chopped nuts
1/4 cup of raisins
6 slices of bread, cut into 1 cm cubes and buttered

Beat the eggs until they become frothy
Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Reserve
Place the milk in a microwave-safe bowl with a diameter of 19 cm and height of 7 cm
Microwave at high power for 2 minutes to warm the milk
Slowly add half of the milk to the egg mixture
Mix well
Add the remaining milk to the bowl and mix well
Microwave at medium power for 2 minutes, stopping halfway through to mix
Add the butter and mix until melted
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening
Return to the microwave for an additional 10 minutes or until a knife inserted into the pudding comes out clean
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Serve warm
Note: If desired, serve with whipped cream.
