Mix the wheat flour, olive oil, yeast, grated cheese, and eggs in a blender until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and season with salt and black pepper
Add the mashed tuna and chopped onion
Mix well with a wooden spoon
Pour into an oiled and floured tart pan
Dust the surface with sesame seeds and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Serve warm or at room temperature.
