4 eggs
1 cup of milk
3/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Filling
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of pitted black olives, sliced
500g of cod, desalinated and flaked
Salsa to taste

In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, flour, and cornstarch
Mix in the baking powder and set aside
Filling
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion
Add the red bell pepper, black olives, cod, and salsa
Mix well and let cool
In a removable-bottom tart pan, place half of the dough and the filling
Top with the remaining dough and seal the edges
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes or until golden.
