14 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of yeast
1/4 cup of milk
Fillling:
3 large eggplants, peeled, well drained, and cut into slices
1 can of sardines
shredded cheese
tomato sauce
Pastry Dough

Fry the eggplant slices lightly
Line the baking dish with half the pastry dough, then place a layer of eggplant, a layer of tomato sauce, 1 layer of sardines in pieces and cheese
Repeat the layers and top with the remaining pastry dough
Bake in the oven
Note: The pastry dough should be rolled out.
